Manuel Andrade
A Rural Engineer and specialist in Water, Sanitation and Environmental Management, Manuel leads Bioclean Environment with a focus on growth, innovation and sustainability. With solid experience in HSE, environmental audits and project management, he ensures safe and efficient solutions for clients, promoting responsible health, safety and environmental practices.
Gere António da Paz
HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) professional with over 10 years of experience in industrial projects, civil construction, maritime works and the energy sector. A specialist in safety management, legal compliance and risk prevention, Gere leads Bioclean’s HSE operations, promoting operational excellence, workplace safety and sustainability across all company projects.
Mauro Zibane
Responsible for managing and evolving Bioclean’s technology infrastructure, including development and maintenance of the website, systems and digital solutions. He implements technologies that improve operational efficiency and strengthen the company’s digital presence.
Milton Guambe
Responsible for human resources and financial processes, including credit control, administration and decision support. Known for organisation, accountability and the ability to perform under pressure, contributing to Bioclean’s smooth internal operations.
Isidro Simão
Environmental Engineer with experience in environmental management, social safeguards and HSE on large-scale projects. He works on environmental impact assessment, licensing and management plans, ensuring compliance with national and international standards and promoting project sustainability.
